I’m all about wellness and staying healthy. One of my favorite sodas is not what you think. It’s not Coke or Pepsi—it’s Olipop. I love drinking Olipop. It’s my go-to soda instead of sugary soft drinks. I have never liked sugar very much, so regular soda has never been my favorite. Most sodas are loaded with sugar, and even diet sodas have artificial sweeteners that I don’t trust. Olipop is different.
Olipop tastes like soda, but it is made with plant-based ingredients and has very little sugar. Most cans have only 2–5 grams of sugar, which is much less than the 30–40 grams in a regular can of Coke. It is sweetened naturally, so I don’t feel guilty drinking it. It also has prebiotics, plant fiber, and botanicals that support gut health. This means it can actually be good for my digestion while still tasting delicious.
There are so many flavors to choose from—Strawberry Vanilla, Vintage Cola, Orange Squeeze, and more. My personal favorite depends on my mood, but I like that they all taste refreshing without being overly sweet. When I drink Olipop, I don’t get that heavy, bloated feeling that I sometimes get from regular soda.
I also love that Olipop is part of my healthier lifestyle. I’ve been trying to eat better and avoid processed sugar. Swapping Coke for Olipop was an easy change because I don’t feel like I’m missing out. I can enjoy the fizzy, flavorful drink I love, without the sugar crash or guilt afterward.
For me, Olipop is not just a soda—it’s a better choice that fits my values. It’s proof that you can still enjoy fun drinks without filling your body with unhealthy ingredients. Every can is a small step toward better health—and it just tastes good!
